I've added a new section to the site entitled "Interesting Reads." From time to time, I will post reports, analyses, etc. that provide some good insights. We start off with a recent IBM/EIU report on "Winning in China's Mass Markets."
On a completely separate note, my heart goes out to the families of the more than 30 students and professors who were killed at Virginia Tech on Monday morning. What happened is beyond horrible in so many ways and is a reminder of how precious is each and every day we walk this earth.
